HOW ASOCIACION PROYECTO AUTISMO (AUTISM PROJECT ASSOCIATION) WAS BORN?
The idea to create the Asociación Proyecto Autismo (Autism Project Asociation) was born from the experiences we have been going through after our son Sergio Alejandro was diagnosed with this syndrome.
Therefore, our main purpose is to give support to families being affected with similar situation. Help them with recommendations in how to deal with a person suffering with Autism in our environment, channeling their time and energy, without wasting their efforts, in helping the person with Autism to reach an adequate development.

OBJECTIVE:
To give support to persons affected with Autism and their families when they have financial and logistic limitations, through the following:
- Promotion and Prevention.
- Establishing a link with other organizations dedicated to Autism treatment.
- Looking for support and promotion for conducting Autism research in different educational centers.
- Coalition work concerning health and education professionals.
- Publishing our magazine with information about Autism.
- Guidelines for parents and families.
- Bring legal information about laws and rights for people with autism.
- Social integration.
